 Abstract

This study examines the relationship between organizational behavior skills and knowledge management practices among entrepreneurs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As entrepreneurial environments increasingly rely on effective behavioral competencies to support learning, collaboration, and decision-making, understanding their association with knowledge management processes has become increasingly important. The study adopts a quantitative descriptive–analytical approach using a structured questionnaire administered to a sample of 384 entrepreneurs. The measurement instrument demonstrated acceptable reliability and validity indicators, confirming its suitability for empirical analysis. The statistical results revealed a strong positive relationship between organizational behavior skills and knowledge management practices, indicating that behavioral competencies are closely associated with knowledge creation, sharing, storage, and application within entrepreneurial contexts. Specifically, entrepreneurs who reported higher levels of communication, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills also demonstrated stronger knowledge management practices. This study contributes to the organizational and entrepreneurial literature by clarifying the behavioral factors associated with knowledge-oriented development in emerging entrepreneurial environments. The practical implications emphasize the importance of integrating behavioral skill development into entrepreneurial training and support programs to enhance sustainable knowledge management capabilities.
